In the event that you have purchased products on the BESIONIA digital store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract no later than 15 calendar days from the purchase.

 

How do I make a return or size exchange?

 

• Make sure that the product(s) are protected during transport, and prepare the package as accurately as possible.

 

• The returns will only be accepted if the purchased product is returned in its original packaging, labeled, hangtagged and placed in its original packaging or equivalent, equally sturdy packaging. In any case, we recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.

• We will then send the couriers for collection.
