You can view all the details of your order by consulting the order confirmation email we sent you.

For international orders, we offer a variety of international logistics services, such as UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 7 working days, depending on the destination.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive an order shipping confirmation email containing the tracking provided by the carrier, which you will need to monitor its delivery. Within 24 hours of shipment you will see the first information updated by the courier by clicking on the tracking.

 

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 (Italian time – GMT+1) will be entrusted to the courie r on the same day. After this time, the shipment will be made the next working day. All orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will be processed from the following Monday morning.

We would like to remind you that at certain times of the year or due to force majeure, the timing may vary slightly.

The shipping cost to buyer is included the price of product, but the buyer should bear the return shipping cost

 

DELIVERY

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice: a second delivery attempt will be made on the working day following the first. If this is also unsuccessful, the package will be sent to the branch and the courier will try to contact you by phone to schedule a new delivery.

Your order will go into storage if the courier cannot track you or if the new delivery attempt fails. You wil l have ten days to request a new delivery or have the package sent back to the warehouse.

We recommend that you include a mobile phone number in the data in your order so that you can be contacted more easily by the courier.
